When this SaaS company was founded in mid-2006, co-CEO and founder\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.builtincolorado.com\/member\/jim-risner\">Jim Risner<\/a>\u00a0saw an opportunity to expand. A CU grad, he decided to return to Boulder, opening an office on 15th Street.
