Alsop&#8217;s book, &#8220;The Trophy Kids Grow Up: How the Millennial Generation is Shaking Up the Workplace,&#8221; (<a title=\"Alsop book -- Trophy Kids\" href=\"http:\/\/www.thetrophykids.com\/\" target=\"_self\">http:\/\/www.thetrophykids.com\/<\/a>) was the basis of an appearance he made in early November at the University of Northern Colorado (<a title=\"University of Northern Colorado\" href=\"http:\/\/www.unco.edu\" target=\"_blank\">www.unco.edu<\/a>).
