Bigger team, more specialties provide more bandwidth for listings and even better marketing in NoCo’s active real estate market

March 10, 2016 – Loveland, CO – Nanci Garnand and RE/MAX Eagle Rock are pleased to announce the expansion of the The Nanci Garnand Team with the addition of four new members, Sarah Bondie, Dave Gornall, Emily Worthan and Sandy Deeds.

Sarah Bondie says, “I decided to join the Garnand Team after meeting with Nanci and instantly appreciating her creative, positive vision for success and her ability to encourage the success and growth of those around her.” Bondie is focused on using the best, most powerful online tools to make the Garnand Team and clients’ properties stand out as part of an unwavering, trusted internet presence. Born in Fort Collins and raised in Michigan, Sarah was glad to return to Colorado, where she met her husband, in 2004 and move back to Fort Collins in 2010. Her creative interests include designing a creating clothing and accessories for infants and children.

Emily Worthan comes to RE/MAX Eagle Rock after years working from home and raising her two children. Joining the Nanci Garnand Team as Nanci’s assistant allows her to learn more about Colorado real estate. “I decided I wanted to get back into real estate because that’s what I really enjoyed when I was actively selling in Wyoming, and now I have some extra time.” Now that her children are both in school, Worthan hopes to reinstate her Wyoming real estate license and get her Colorado license to add to the team’s capabilities as an agent.

Sandy Deeds has been a licensed real estate agent since 2000. Deeds has mentored starting agents for many years, taught at Real Estate College and been a personal assistant to several top Fort Collins agents. Her knowledge of systems coordination, contracts and lead generation make her a great addition to the Nanci Garnand Team. “I joined Nanci’s team because of the opportunities for dynamic growth in different areas of the business,” said Deeds. “I look forward to taking on new challenges in the real estate industry.”

Dave Gornall joined RE/MAX Eagle Rock in 2015 as a licensed Realtor® and member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors®. Nanci and Gornall work together to ensure clients are taken care of promptly. Originally from Michigan, Gornall says he and his wife enjoy downtown Loveland with all the restaurants, breweries and shops, and love that they can also enjoy the outdoors. “Nature is our prescription for maintaining a healthy lifestyle, and the proximity to many recreation areas provides an easy dose of it when needed.” As a new agent with RE/MAX Eagle Rock, Gornall wanted to align himself with Nanci because she is a person of integrity and a great mentor.
